Senior Logistics Manager for Trillium Brewing Company



Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management

  • Manage Warehouse Supervisor and warehouse staff to organize and optimize efficient storage, shipping, and receiving
  • Ensure appropriate systems, software, infrastructure, information storage, and tools necessary for effective operation of the business are functioning and efficient

Inventory Management

  • Manage Inventory Manager to maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels for merchandise, raw materials, and finished goods
  • Develop processes and provide direction to effectively manage the supply budgets, ordering process, and reporting
  • Monitor the execution of loss prevention initiatives
  • Manage Business Analyst to use data to optimize inventory and distribution


  • Partner with fulfillment operations to ensure retail locations are stocked with correct inventory and resolve replenishment issues
  • Manage safe and efficient internal and external distribution to our multiple sites and wholesale partners


  • Lead, inspire, and educate employees to achieve their defined goals and results, consistently monitoring performance and creating development plans with the support of HR to improve execution
  • Sustain optimal staffing levels to meet guest and production needs
  • Ensure proper management of all shifts, which includes daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
  • Inspire passionate team culture in support of consistent execution of Trillium's goals


Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.


Desired Qualifications and Abilities


  • Minimum of five years experience managing a warehouse
  • Minimum of five years experience inventory management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Process and results driven leader with demonstrated success managing and achieving operational goals
  • Ability to monitor performance and proactively propose necessary modifications to a plan
  • Exceptional organization skills, detail-oriented with process-oriented thinking
  • Strong capacity to both lead and participate in cross-functional teams to define issues and agree on processes, strategies, and outcomes
  • PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with SAP and Orchestrated Beer a plus
  • A self-motivated approach, with strong work ethic, requiring limited oversight
  • Impeccable leadership and communication skills to a variety of audiences
  • Innate desire to work as a team with a results driven approach to success
