Sales Analyst for Trillium Brewing Company

 

Trillium Brewing Company is looking for a critical thinking, multi-tasking Sales Analyst to join our team! This full-time position will be responsible for all forecasting and analytical activities associated with sales across all channels.  The ideal candidate is confident, inquisitive, and team-oriented. Must love data! The ability to analyze and interpret data is crucial and should be executed through forecasting and presentation of solutions to direct change, with the result of improving processes, creating efficiencies, and generating revenue.  This position is based in our Canton, MA location. This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, family-run brewery and bring your expertise into the world of craft beer!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze beverage, food, merchandise, and event sales data across multiple locations to inform annual and quarterly budget planning
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and inventory levels, working with Production and Marketing teams, to create quarterly beer production and packaging plans
  • Direct weekly beer distribution allocation across multiple Trillium locations and wholesale partners
  • Review and analyze food and beverage sales data to guide menu planning at our dining establishments
  • Support Marketing and Programming with trend analysis and project planning
  • Persistent consideration for process improvement and business development
  • Participate in post project analysis to provide quantitative support for successes, failures, and lessons learned
  • Create sales dashboard to include critical KPIs for sales metrics and benchmarking

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Desired Qualifications & Abilities

Experience

  • At least two - five years experience in sales analysis required
  • Experience with data analysis presentation tools like Tableau, etc. Excel necessary.
  • Experience with SAP, Orchestrated Beer or other ERP solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to build sales forecasting models
  • Applied critical thinking process
  • Organized with superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel
  • Performance thrives in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • A deep passion for craft beer and understanding of the industry is a plus!
